ATM 2.0

We all use ATMs on a daily basis and in general the user experience is far from acceptable: a complex combination of inconsistent interfaces, touchscreens and manual keyboard inputs.

This talk will discuss the process used, and lessons learned, in the design of two new ATM touchscreen interfaces currently being deployed in over 7500 locations throughout Spain.

Beyond letting users simply customize their welcome screen, these smart multifunctional ATMs learn their tendencies, offering regular withdrawal amounts and recommend tailor made services.
