Harry Brignull is user experience lead at Madgex, based out of Brighton, England. Harry has a PhD in Cognitive Science, and is an accomplished consultant and researcher. Harry's work involves building better experiences by blending user research, interaction design and process consultancy. He is currently working hard at optimizing the conversion rates for Madgex's digital recruitment software, which handles roughly 2 million job-seekers per week on sites including The Guardian, The Times, and about 150 others across the world. In previous roles, Harry has also consulted for Nokia, British Airways, Vodafone, O2 and various others.
